Returns & Exchanges

You may ask for a refund if the item is not as described or not received within 60 days of original purchase date.
The item must be unused, in the same condition, and in the original packaging to be returned for a refund.  
You must provide the original receipt in order to return any item.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If item is damaged or not in its original packaging, we have the right to give partial refund or refuse to refund altogether.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will contact you via email to let you know that we, in fact, have received your item. We will also advise you if we approve or reject your refund request. If your request is approved we will process the refund and return funds to your credit card or original method of payment.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Normally, it can take 7 to 10 days for the funds to be posted in your bank or credit card account.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  Please check our sizing chart carefully before purchasing so you get the right clothing size. This will eliminate most exchanges due to size difference.

We will give you the return address in our email communication should you have to return an item.
Shipping cost is not refundable. You are also responsible for the shipping cost when you return your item to us.  
We recommend using a tracking number so the item is not lost in the mail.
